We open our session with a tea ceremony, then once you feel ready (and I'm tuned into where you're at energetically and what will best serve you sonically) you will lay on a massage table surrounded by candlelight, singing bowls and nature sounds.. and you bliss out for an hour. You'll leave feeling relaxed, and balanced.
