Embodied Essence is a soulful journey of connection, cacao, breathwork, dance, sound and vibration to connect to our inner rhythms, opening up and empowering you to a world of wild possibilities.

Our evening will begin together with cacao in our opening circle, this sacred plant drops us into our hearts as we create our individual and collective intentions. From there we begin our journey through breath, meditation, dance and sound.

Together Soul Songstress, Danielle Steller and Embodied Empress, Carla Lewinsmith weave the modalities of conscious dance and sound healing to take you on a journey like no other. A journey into you.

About the modalities:

Dancing Freedom is a form of Conscious Dance that is a lightly guided moving meditation through the elements, that deeply supports embodiment getting out of the head and into the body. It brings us into the present moment, showing us how to dance with whatever is present and teaches us to let the body lead the way.

Sound Healing is a powerful modality that combines healing sounds, music and vibration to match the frequency of the body to improve our multidimensional well- being.
