Embodied Essence is a soulful journey of connection, cacao, breathwork, dance, sound and vibration to connect to our inner rhythms, opening up and empowering you to a world of wild possibilities to reclaim the essence of who you really are.
Our evening will begin together with cacao in our opening circle, because who doesn't love chocolate. Working with this sacred plant drops us into our hearts as we create our individual and joint intentions. From there we begin our journey through breath, meditation, dance and sound.
Together Soul Songstress, Danielle Stellar and Embodied Empress, Carla Lewinsmith weave the 2 modalities of conscious dance and sound healing to take you on a journey like no other. A journey into you.
